I arrived at 11:00 AM and was greeted by Pedro and at 2:30PM i left the dealership with my new BMW. It could not have gone any smoother. I decided to travel several hours away to have more options. I contacted several locations in NY and NJ. Two claimed ro have the car I was looking for. I explained I was traveling from far way. Both locations basically lied. One location tried to pressure me into a different car. My son who had made the trip down with me started looking online and found a car on cars.com the car I was looking for at Prestige. They said they just received a lease car and they were in the middle of preparing it. I Was Pessimistic but my son encouraged me to stop by. When we arrive I was amazed at the selection and overall size of Prestige. The car was there and had everything I was looking for. Then came the surprise. The car was listed several thousands less on cars.com. it was a mistake. My son jumped right in and the told the salesperson our story. The salesperson went to his manager and within moments came back and said they would honor the price that was on Cars.com. I can't tell you how surprised I was. I never thought a dealership would do this. They are fantastic. I will drive another 6 hours to see them for my next car. I want a dealership that has class and will do what's right. Prestige did! Upon entering the dealership, your breath is taken by a regal atmosphere emblazoned with iconic BMW aesthetics and paraphernalia. You wonder if you've stepped into a museum dedicated to the legacy of BMW Motorsport, and then you become certain you are where you need to be when friendly faces greet you at the door. My father and I drove 7 hours in search of a used BMW deal; our eyes were bloodshot from early morning driving and our heads pained by the recurring disappointment we experienced from all of the previous dealerships and their disappointing customer service. Finally, we were refreshed with the sophisticated, yet down to Earth personality of BMW of Ramsey's staff. If only we would've found BMW of Ramsey earlier. We worked with Pedro Andrade, a helpful and straightforward salesman who isn't here to cheat or fool you with any of the usual dealership trickery. No such trickery exists at BMW of Ramsey. My father and I had discovered a used 4-series BMW on Cars.com that was listed for $33,000. It was an unbeatable deal, and that's what we came for. Pedro informed us that the vehicle we're looking for is was erroneously listed, and the price is actually several thousand higher. As our heart sank and my father almost had to drive home -- 7 hours -- with defeat and disappointment, Pedro and his coworkers surprised us with the promise to honor the online price. "It's bad business and wrong if we were to turn you away. You came all this way and we want to offer you the deal you came for", Pedro said to us. We shook his hand and almost couldn't believe the humanness of this dealership. They arranged for someone to drop off our rental car at a nearby Budget Rental, stuffed us with complimentary food and beverages, offered us an array of protection packages for the car, and then detailed the BMW as if it was off to a red carpet event. On the way out, Pedro and Robert pointed us to a local delicious Italian restaurant like we were their visiting relatives. My father and I drove home in an artfully-maintained BMW and a heart of gratitude, all thanks to BMW of Ramsey and their world class hospitality and business. Even though we are from 7 hours away, we know that our future BMW's will be out of the inventory of BMW of Ramsey. I look forward to our next visit to our friends at Ramsey, and I hope you will go there as well. Choose BMW of Ramsey for all of your BMW and German luxury car business.
