Once agreed, all we had to do was stop by the dealership to sign the paperwork. From start to finish it was a very smooth transaction, and Pedro was very courteous and professional. When the car was delivered, he placed "welcome notes" on the dashboard. This was a small yet very nice personal touch! It was our third BMW purchase from from the dealership and by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Thank you, Pedro! More

The price on the vehicle I purchased based on the options and low mileages was extremely fair when compared to other dealers across country. The paperwork was pretty much done by the time I got to the dealer and they did a thorough job in explaining all the features and functionality of the vehicle. I had some minor follow up questions and Pedro immediately responded. True professionals A+++. I highly recommend Ramsey BMW. All vehicle purchases should be this pleasant. More

Good reliable service. The service good and reliable. Only part I did not like was the charge to inspect to see what was the problem with my A/C. That is nickel and diming.
