I would recommend the staff (Pedro) anytime and not necessarily the dealership itself. Didn’t much appreciate the reception we got when we walked in. All the staff were sitting at their desk and lookin necessarily the dealership itself. Didn’t much appreciate the reception we got when we walked in. Pedro stepped to the plate to offer assistance he was pleasant, patient, humorous, answered our questions and was very professional. When we returned to test drive the staff were milling around and walking up to us to offer help. No! Two days prior you couldn’t be bothered, that kind of reception leaves a bad taste in one’s mouth. Your sales staff should take a page from Pedro’s book because you don’t know who is walking through your doors at any given time. First impressions are lasting impressions. Had not for Pedro, we would have gone some place else!! BTW- the gentleman in your finance dept that we worked with, also very professional, his name escapes me at this time More

The dealership building and facility itself was top-notch and welcoming from the parking lot to the restrooms --- not surprising for an Audi dealership but still much appreciated! From the initial phone and e-mail communications from home (and follow-up communications during and even after the delivery to us in Maine, which was an excellent experience!) to the moment we stepped out the door after finalizing the paperwork with Sven (who was engaged and personable and clearly understood our needs), we couldn't have had a better overall experience! Dealing with Matt C. and Victoria O. could not have been any more satisfying and informative and meeting them in person was a pleasure! My hat goes off to Pedro Aponte, the salesperson who greeted us to start the transaction and who took us for our test drive, was just a great experience from start to finish --- he was even able to maintain a smile on his face while putting up with my sense of humor --- we all had some laughs along the way and really had fun with him which really counts for a lot and is important to myself and Julie.
