Not A Happy Experience purchased a used Audi Q5. Everything was going good until I picked up the vehicle. Picked it up on Thursday around 6pm and had to have it towed home on Friday night around 11 Everything was going good until I picked up the vehicle. WOW I was floored not a omg what happened, I'm so sorry nothing just bring it the service department. So I have to have it towed again I'm still in shock........ Contacted the service department to let them know what was happening and Ray Hebert was great very understanding and caring. AAA was having a hard time setting up a tow and Ray set us up with a loaner so I could get to work on time. Hopefully it is not a serious issue More

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. Pedro, my salesman was excellent. Very attentive and easy to communicate with; whether it was by phone/text or email. While Pedro was excellent, the finance guy (Brendan? younger guy maybe in his 30’s) almost made me walk away from the purchase. Very pushy on buying a $4k warranty on a vehicle with only 63k miles on it. I get that it’s his job to try to sell customers on said warranty but the lengths he was going to were very off putting. He went as far as to say he “didn’t trust used Audi’s”. Unbelievable coming from someone working at an Audi dealership! It instilled zero confidence that the vehicle wouldn’t blow up on me upon leaving the parking lot. Had it not been for Pedro, and my familiarity with Audi’s already, I would have walked out on this purchase and gone somewhere else. More
