I had to return to the dealership twice for registration and inspection, which felt like an extra visit that could have been avoided with better planning. Furthermore, I opted for a loan over cash based on a recommendation to assist with end-of-month goals and a promotion. While I was informed I could pay the loan off at any time without penalty, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the interest that accrues daily between the purchase date and the payoff date. Overall, I received great service, but I hope to see more clarity on financial charges and better logistical coordination in the future. More
