Cal and Chris in financing, and Travis in repairs/service. They are "one in a million" in every way. The young lady who answers the phone was just a sweetheart as well. I just can't say enough GOOD THINGS about your employees. Everyone was helpful and kind and that goes for all the others I had verbal contact with. Everyone pulled together to make this the most enjoyable day ever for me....and so uncomplicated. Wish I could buy a new car every day of the week again just so I can interact with such a professional staff!!! I love my HYUNDAI TUSCON.....What a special vehicle. Sheer JOY!!!! More

Best to buy new!!!! We bought a used Hyundai from a small dealer. The car broke down immediately and we found out the 48 month warranty didn't cover the problem. We were stuck until Travis in the service department at Temecula Hyundai took an interest in our story. He lined up a trade in offer and Jose set us up with a new car and 7/10 yr bumper to bumper warranty. We are so happy. Jose, our sales person, was so amazing. We are raving about them both. We are so blessed. More

After wasting almost 2 days with other Hyundai dealer Buying a new vehicle should be as easy as it is with Leo and his colleagues at Temecula Hyundai. After wasting almost 2 days with other Hyundai dealers closer to our home in Encinitas, we called TH and quickly were put in contact with Leo. Leo locates the vehicle we were interested in sent pictures and an invitation to come and view test drive the car. Upon arriving there ( an hour twenty away) we were welcomed like friends and given undivided attention. The negotiations were straight fair and swift. When we decided on a different color than was on the lot, the correct unit was quickly located. A few hours wait and Leo went to work to make it ours, touching on every detail. Fantastic would come agin in a heartbeat. And will recommend anyone to go to this dealer, San Diego buyers, it’s worth the drive!! More

Unfortunately, I have bad credit, no money down, and a broke college student so no car was purchased. I definitely will be back once I save up money and build my credit! Being a young adult Temecula Hyundai was super nice in explaining ALL the questions I had about the car I had my eyes on. 10/10 would recommend this dealership to an incoming college student, college student, commuter or any young adult because they are FRIENDLY and let me tell you the gas mileage on the Accents and Elantra's are WOW!!!! More

There were many attempts to push inaccurate information and procing about service and warranty The information about the vehicle was not always clear. There were many attempts to push inaccurate information and procing about service and warranty prices. The information for the vehicle extended warranty was unclear up to the point when financing was involved, when the information was cleared out. Also, The sales rep was not receptive of our statements to concentrating on vehicle sales price, not monthly budget; very irritating. Lastly, paperwork was not verified prior to being introduced to me for signing. I received paperwork from other customer. The importance was more revolved around making the sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction and document accuracy. If the vehicle i chose was not at this dealership, i would not have returned to this dealership specifically due to the sales department. Our sales rep was Alex. Brian from finance did a great job with filling in the blanks. More
