I am most proud of my home and my family which includes myself, my fiancé (Monica), and our baby boy, Pedro Junior. I have lived in Denver, CO, Temple, TX, and Austin, TX and if I could visit anywhere in the world, I would travel to China. In my spare time, I enjoy going bowling and my favorite place to eat locally is Jack Allen’s. One of my personal 5-year goals is to become a finance manager. The coolest app on my phone is Amazon and the best concert I’ve ever been to is ASAP Crew. My first car was a Ford Mustang, but my favorite Toyota is a Tundra.

I had a great experience buying a 2019 Toyota Tacoma on December 31,2019. My salesman, Rick P. was super. Samantha H., who handled the paperwork was awesome. Pedro worked hard to get the deal done. Worst experience of my life at a dealership. Was greeted in the parking lot by Steven. Asked to see a specific car on the lot. Took 20 minutes to get the car out in front. While at a dealership. Was greeted in the parking lot by Steven. Asked to see a specific car on the lot. Took 20 minutes to get the car out in front. While waiting I was greeted by Pedro, a team lead. After the test drive, I had to leave to get to another appointment. Even after I told Steven and Pedro I had to leave, Pedro insisted on asking me what I liked about the car. Would not let me leave the dealership. Came back another day to test drive the same car. After the second test drive, I told Steven the price was above my price range. He asked me what I wanted to pay. I told him. It was only a $1000 difference based on my research on what other cars for that particular model sold for. Steven said that's not too much of a stretch and maybe we could meet halfway. He asked me if he could draw something up real quick inside. I told him (again) I have to leave. He said it wouldn't take too much time, only about 5-10 minutes. Ok. I go inside. He draws up an offer. And guess what? It's the same exact price. Then he proceeds to show me the payments on the car if I were to buy. Asked me which payment I'd like. I told him this was not what we talked about in the car. Then, I politely told him I need to leave. He asked me (once again) if he can draw something else up and it would be quick. So I wait. Again. This time Pedro (the team lead) comes back with Steven. Pedro sits down. I get up tell them both I'm not ready to buy a car right now. Then Pedro asks, "What's holding you back?" Are you kidding me? Are these people listening? After that appointment, I get bombarded by calls, text messages, and emails from Steven and one of their managers, Michael asking if I have any questions and when can I come in again to look at the car. Honestly, these people do not listen. Imagine being an actual customer. I haven't even bought anything from them yet. This is absolutely the worst experience and worst dealership I've ever been to. No wonder they have such a hard time selling cars. They harrass people, waste your time, and are not interested in your needs. The are only interested in their needs: selling cars. Bottom line: Go somewhere else. Do not give them your business. Personally, I've had better experiences at Honda and Lexus in the Austin area. And, yes by the way: They do sell Toyotas (when they get them in for trade-ins). Hope this review helps for any future car buyers. More
