I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I learned of them when I attended a fundraiser for the ALS Association of which they were a sponsor. I read their reviews and didn't read anything negative so I had to see for myself. The first time I went there was to get information on prices, finance options and trade-in value. I was torn between waiting for a 2026 model or getting a 2025 model right away but there was absolutely no pressure or forced sales pitch which shocked me and I knew this was my dealership. At my second visit I decided that I just couldn't look at pictures of a new model and not sit in it or get a feel for it and didn't want to pre-order something I may not be happy with so I decided to go for a 2025 model. While this is my third Subaru and second Outback I've never purchased a new car in my entire life. Having gone through so much lately and being a retired nurse/caregiver for over 35 years I decided to go all out and go for one with all the bells and whistles. Seeing that I've never had a new car I was in shock when I saw the monthly payment options even with a good down payment. I had a hard time justifying a $700+ monthly car payment after being so used to spending less than $500/month on all my previous vehicles. In the end my salesperson(Peng) and I decided leasing was the best option for me. I'm so happy with my new Outback that had only 5 miles on it when I took delivery. I love the new car smell, a definite first for me!! Now I'm almost afraid to drive it because I "don't want to hurt it"!! I did have to bring it back to service to have a part installed that was ordered but even everyone in that department greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was. I'm in total shock and awe that a car dealership like this even existed. Even in finance where they try to sell you more stuff the procedure was painless and my payment was much less than I anticipated as my credit score had improved more than I thought it had. Everyone greets you with a smile and is genuinely happy to be there. As long as I live in Wisconsin and they stay in business I will never go to another delaership.
