Suddenly 3+lights came on and cautioned that my AWD was malfunctioning. I was fortunate that I was near the Lexus in Warwick, RI. when I arrived service advisor, Peppino Palladino.introduced himself. He was amazing, helpful, compassionate and a true gentleman. 2 1/2 hours later I was on the road home. Thanks to lexus of Warwick and Peppe, they couldn’t have been better.

When I call PAPINO for service he is always making sure that he accommodates my time for an appointment. When I enter the service bay he makes sure he greets all his customers and then will tell me how long it will take for the service I am there for, he is always spot on and if they find an issue he makes sure he lets me know that if I want to do any other services he will say about how much longer. He is the reason why along with the parts guys and sales managers I keep coming back.
