Absolutely no empathy or customer service received from the service manager. Sent emails and left messages to discuss my concerns not one return phone call or email! Then I Purchased a vehicle from them this being my third Vehicle that I bought from Lucky! There was damage to the rear bumper that was not disclosed, there was damage to the wheels that was not disclosed and most importantly the tires did not match. Most dealers won’t let her vehicle roll out without discussing blemishes and making sure all the tires match! Just very unfortunate that things were not taken care of properly not sure that I will use them again! More
