He really listened to my criteria and my concerns and didn't just try and sell me anything on the lot that wasn't the perfect fit. I was buying a used vehicle to be my 16yr olds first car and it had to be the right choice. We didn't want to break the bank given the situation but reliability and safety were big concerns. Perry went the extra mile and found us the best choice at a different Faulkner location (Bethlehem) had it brought to West Chester within days and made the whole experience feel like a big win! I will go to Faulkner first next time. Thanks Perry. More

Perry described a new GM incentive program that just came out on the new Sierra Denali trucks they had in stock. It worked out to be a great deal so I bought a new Denali instead of a used one. All around, Faulkner GMC of West Chester was a great buying experience. More
