Fast and Friendly From the moment we arrived the entire staff was friendly. They said it would take a hour and 30 minutes so we waited. Great Service, Patience, and Care The employees at this dealership are wonderful! My family and I have come to this location for new cars since my first new car, many years ago. When The employees at this dealership are wonderful! My family and I have come to this location for new cars since my first new car, many years ago. When it was time to look again, we came right back to Toyota of Riverside. This time we were met by Godwin Isokpan. Godwin has a wonderful demeanor. He does not bother with haggling. He gives you straight answers and the real deal. He worked out a deal with us and then gave us the time to go home and think about it until the next day. When we returned with the rest of the family, he immediately found us and got us started. When it was time to get down to the final details, we were able to work with Mo Elsayed who made sure to take care of us, as repeat customers! Unfortunately, I was still unsure about the color and couldn't get the color I truly wanted. The next day, Perry Ellis worked with us to make sure we were happy with our selection. He offered ways to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase, understanding how big of a deal this would be for me and my family. Godwin was there every step of the way to make sure that we felt taken care of. Their number one priority was to make sure we would leave HAPPY! Godwin and the whole team have taken the time to check in and make sure we are still satisfied. They check in to make sure we have no new questions and how to resolve any issues. The car is definitely an upgrade when it comes to technology and the whole staff has been patient and understanding in explaining all the new details! Goodwin Isokpan,  sales he's a big liar,  Perry Ellis finance manager   beware of this guy he is the one stealing your money on the paperwork , sales manager Fausto Hurtado , his cut with the same knife , thief and a liar he doesn't care about the customers and this lady customer relationship manager Kathleen Fleming she doesn't care about customers she made a comment that says . If we don't do these kind of transactions we won't be in business , these people are just thieves in a big Liars,  so be careful because once you sign the paperwork it's over for you these people don't care to help you , they don't care about customers they don't care about you I highly recommend stay away from Toyota of Riverside More
