I have been in the automotive industry since 1991, it was one of the best decision in my life entering into the automobile industry. As a youth, one of my 1st summer jobs was moving autos and cleaning them for the original 3 auto dealers here in Silsbee, Mr Caraway, Mr Donalson and of course Morris Moore. Silsbee was know as the Car Trading Capitol of Southeast Texas, and today we are striving for Silsbee and Hardin County to get back to The Car Hub of not only Hardin County but all of the surrounding areas. I have worked in every position in the dealership setting, from porter all the way to GM of a store. I once heard, if you have fun and love your job you will never work a day in your life. I live by that statement to it's fullest, because auto's are replaceable people aren't! My wife and I have 3 children and now 7 grandchildren, I am Papa and she is GiGi to our grandbabies. I look forward to meeting you here at Donalson's!

Jewel payen kept tabs on the part that waas on back order and offered a another solution and everything worked out and the back ordered part arrived. I was told my docs would be emailed to me. It’s been 43 days and I still don’t have them. I’ve called many, many times, and am transferred to a voicemail everytime. However, I DID receive paperwork from where I financed the vehicle and the amount they say I financed IS NOT what we agreed on. Maybe that’s why they won’t send me the paperwork!?!? More

The appointment was orignally scheduled for the next week. So i decided to drop the 95 tahoe off the prior week in hopes of them working it in for an oil change.
