Horrible experience with sales team that added over $2,000 to advertised price for “add-ons” on a used car. Finance tricked us into signing a contract that they didn’t have a lender accept. Two weeks later, they present a loan that went from 6% to 22%. That made it unaffordable. They knew they didn’t have the first loan- they wanted a co-signer and got one. They wasted so much of our time, energy, stress. We were honest about our credit issue. They were not. No apologies no attempt was made to reconcile. Don’t try calling. Only get voicemail and can’t leave a message cause boxes are full. We will not be back. More
