While some may like the shopping experience, I'd much rather deal on the phone and come in to sign the papers. I was thoroughly impressed with Pete and then Jim in finance understanding this and making it as painless as possible. All in all a wonderful experience and we love our new Tiguan. More

Pete was very patient with us as he showed us a Tiguan we were interested in, and then put some numbers together while we went for a test drive on our own. After we came back, he went over the several different possibilities he had come up with. We were pleased with the numbers he came up with, and drove the car home shortly thereafter.
