Hamilton VW wasn’t a good experience at all. Everyone from the salesman, to the sales mgr, to the finance person came across as dishonest. The salesman didn’t know simple answers to questions Everyone from the salesman, to the sales mgr, to the finance person came across as dishonest. The salesman didn’t know simple answers to questions as well as the finance person and then blamed the sales manager. When I asked the sales manager he reacted frustrated and threatened to not sell me the car. I have purchased more than 20 cars over the years and have never felt so mislead and uncomfortable with the people I felt with at Hamilton VW. More
