My appointment for an oil change and headlamp replacement was at 8 am on a Saturday. The woman who checked me in could not give me an estimate for when the care would be ready. She said to wait for Pete, was at 8 am on a Saturday. The woman who checked me in could not give me an estimate for when the care would be ready. She said to wait for Pete, who was coming later. She was unfriendly. Pete was excellent and got me out quickly. Suggestion for improvement: please tell the person who checks in the customers to have some idea when the car will be ready. I had no idea whether to wait or leave and come back later. More
