Where do I start? It started with the sweetest girl Brandy! She was so kind! I was calling to inquire about a 2025 honda civic si and the sales team were in a meeting. She wrote down my name and number for a sales associate to give me a call asap! Melannie reached out to me within 2 hrs and answer all my questioned over the phone and sent me pictures via text! She was also extremely sweet and very tentative. The picture she sent was of the car msrp with a 5k mark up price! Here's the best part, later that day after doing my research I called her letting her know about removing that 5k mark up and she told me immediately "I already did". For me, deal was done at that point! She super sweet, honest and very caring! She does whatever she can on her end to get into the car you want at the price you're comfortable with!! Best sales experience ever! Highly recommended dealership but most importantly Melannie and Brandy!! I wouldn't have bought my Honda if it wasnt for them!! Thank you!
