Superior Customer Service I purchased my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Wissler Motors a few weeks ago. My sales consultant was Yuri Shaeffer. It was the most relaxed and low-pressure I purchased my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Wissler Motors a few weeks ago. My sales consultant was Yuri Shaeffer. It was the most relaxed and low-pressure vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. When I noticed a few things I wanted to be done to the vehicle, Yuri coordinated the repairs with the service department. Most dealerships would not cover such repairs/expenses with a used vehicle purchase and would have sold the vehicle as-is. However, Wissler is no ordinary dealership, they went above and beyond to ensure my experience and vehicle exceeded my expectations. Access to a loaner car made it convenient when I had to bring my vehicle in. Very professional and courtesy staff. Overall, A++++. Thank you, David Wendel More
