My experience was absolutely phenomenal. When you go into a dealership setting, you expect the salesmen to be sharks. That was far from our experience at DLR. From the lady at the front desk to our (incredibly amazing) salesman Pete Hankins, our car buying journey was seamless. A huge shout out to Pete - he always had the next car ready for me to test drive when I pulled in with the previous, he made expert recommendations on makes and models we hadn’t considered, he shared his connections with us, he never once made us feel any pressure, and he treated us like family. Pete doesn't just create life long customers, he builds lifelong friendships. Quick side story: Pete didn't originally have the truck I was looking for and being that I was in a rush, I found one at another dealership. No joke, they sold me a truck with a terrible oil leak. Needless to say, I took it back and waited for the right one with Pete. Sorry Pete, it won't happen again. More
