It was being detailed to be put out. My Family and I looked over the vehicle and In roughly 15 min, I found myself a best Friend in Pete Hankins. Pete sold me my vehicle that day, and he didn’t even ask if I wanted to buy it. I bought Pete, then the vehicle. He was Friendly, Engaging, Personal, Professional, Informative, and incredibly Likable, All of this and I hadn’t even been inside of Dallas Leasing Returns. We returned to the bldging and were met with a Friendly staff of smiles and greetings. We couldn’t help but notice the amazing inventory of diverse Cars, SUV’s and Trucks as we arrived. Pete invited us back, introduced us to a few colleagues, and on to his office to discuss details. In 30 min, he provided all I needed and the deal was completed. This was one of the Best all around purchasing experiences for my Family and I, that I can remember in quite some time. There was no back and forth, no grueling all day process, no bait and switch, no moving the goal post, and no, let me go talk to my Manager … We came to buy a vehicle, but found a Friend, We bought a vehicle, and found a dealer in Dallas Leasing Returns, to buy from for life.
