This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, the car was quality, the price was right, the process was fast, I wasn't bombarded with attempted upsells, nor forced to pay for unrequested add-ons the car was quality, the price was right, the process was fast, I wasn't bombarded with attempted upsells, nor forced to pay for unrequested add-ons Pete was very nice, he made it a cake walk and a real cool dude! Pete contacted me to see if we were ready to trade in any of the 3 BMW’s we purchased from Dallas Lease Returns. The last experience was unbelievably easy, fast, friendly, and we felt we got great deals so t of the 3 BMW’s we purchased from Dallas Lease Returns. The last experience was unbelievably easy, fast, friendly, and we felt we got great deals so thought we’d give it a shot again. Well, within less than a hour total we drove home with a low mileage awesome Lexus for my wife, and picking up another Lexus for my Daughter on Friday! Pete was awesome to work with and we are lifetime customers without question!! More

I've been buying cars for longer than I care to admit so I am always leery of dealing with dealerships and salesmen but not this time. My sales rep, Pete Hankins didn't play any games and was very honest I am always leery of dealing with dealerships and salesmen but not this time. My sales rep, Pete Hankins didn't play any games and was very honest and transparent. I actually enjoyed working with him and never felt any pressure to buy anything. I did a lot of research (yes, I'm one of those) and admittedly I was able to find a few trucks for less money but I don't buy a major investment like a truck without meeting them personally and then I judge whether or not I will do business with them. I have NEVER recommended a car dealership to anyone but I'm going to now. Give these folks a try, I believe you will be happy with the results. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go play with my new truck, thanks Pete! More
