Howard Wood, our Salesman did not take any short cuts through his presentation of the vehicle even though we were familiar with all the features. He set up everything from syncing our phones, pre-setting all radio stations including the Sirius Radio stations and setting our My Ford GPS. In the big picture, this issue was unimportant and I was able to live with it About a week later another small issue popped up. I now decided I would contact the dealership and explain the situations. Right away I received a personal call back from one of the owners, and after a couple conversations the owner made sure everything was satisfactory to my liking for both issues. I am happy with the car, but even more with the fact that the owner took it upon himself and gave the time to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Mr. Heutel. I appreciate the time you took to deal with my complaint and am very happy you were flexible in allowing me to fix the problems. More
