Mr. Heutel, I received your text and apologize for any voicemail issues. I will provide an analogy of a thought you might share and that maybe help understand where I am coming from and why. Not even knowing the cook in the kitchen, I would rather keep and not consume an under-cooked steak than send it back in fear of what will follow. Also, I rather clean the car myself and have my own key made than send it back to an organization that (at least with me) has a history of deceit. I have offered suggestions, which I believe to be fair, on how to make good on what is owed which only involve you making phone calls or paying an invoice. If you are only able to offer suggestions which involve your company doing the work, then I do believe we are at a stale mate. Like I mentioned at the beginning of our extensive back and forths, I was not looking for anything free, but only to inform people of my poor experience after the second wrong was uncovered. Since it seemed you and your company wanted to right a wronged buyer I thought I would give it a chance. If you have any other suggestions that don’t involve my vehicle on your lot, I will always listen. Once again, I appreciate your time. William
