Dealer went above and beyond for a pristine car My lease car was a dealer trade and showed up on the lot with tar splattered all over the passenger side. He spent an hour manually degreasing the car My lease car was a dealer trade and showed up on the lot with tar splattered all over the passenger side. He spent an hour manually degreasing the car by himself. Not many dealers would sweat through nice shirt and tie to ensure good customer experience. I appreciated it. The paper work was done ahead of time so only took a short time to close. Great as I didn’t as doing this on my lunch hour! More
