Peter Rasho is on my list to comment about, a he too, I have had the pleasure of encountering, while calling in (and seeking alternatives to this seeming lemon of a Dodge Durango I feel I am trapped in, purchased from Dick Heuver - Richmond, MI) as he has gone above and beyond what your "typical" sales staff normally would do for a customer, who he has made no money off of, never sold a vehicle to and does not even know.
