I could tell pretty quickly that our salesperson, Peter, was knowledgable about the cars we wanted, including warranty, options, pricing, terms & conditions, trade-in, credit, etc. Peter made my wife and I feel very comfortable.....and we were negotiating for several hours. We left that day smiling and excited with our new Accord and Pilot. I am still pleased and expect to be for years to come.
