I reached out to Mercedes Benz of Grapevine as well as another Mercedes dealership to inquire about an extended warranty on our current E450. The other dealership never got back to me, but Val did. That single returned call made all the difference. Because of Val, we ended up leasing a brand new GLC. From the very beginning, Val was incredibly personable. Talking to her felt more like chatting with a friend than dealing with a salesperson, which is a huge plus for me. I really cannot stand pushy sales tactics, and Val was the complete opposite — genuine, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She has absolutely earned our business moving forward.
