Jacob was a pleasure to work with. He greeted me as soon as I walked in the showroom. I went in thinking I wanted to look at one particular car. When it wasn’t exactly what I wanted , He greeted me as soon as I walked in the showroom. I went in thinking I wanted to look at one particular car. When it wasn’t exactly what I wanted , he knew the car for me. They did happen to have it on the lot. I never felt pressured. In fact I went home to think it over. Went back 2 days later and we finalized the deal. I love my new car! Jacob checks in periodically to make sure all is well. He is very knowledgeable about the BMW brand.
