Very Happy Customer i walked into Hyannis Honda very apprehensively. I had inquired to see a car that was advertised online. When I received a call from Peter Marancik he i walked into Hyannis Honda very apprehensively. I had inquired to see a car that was advertised online. When I received a call from Peter Marancik he informed me that the particular car I inquired about had just been sold but as luck would have it they had just gotten in a very similar vehicle just a different color. I did not want to be talked in to a car that I was not completely happy with or a car payment I was not comfortable with. When I arrived at the dealership I was warmly greeted and was immediately shown the car. Two minutes later I was test driving it. I immediately knew this was the car that I wanted in a color that I did not know I wanted but absolutely fell in love with at first sight. We got back to the dealership and called my boyfriend to come meet me to help me with the deal. When he arrived we started what had to be the easiest, happiest, quickest deal ever. Peter Marancik was very honest and straightforward from beginning to end. Never did I feel pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. I left that day in a beautiful new to me car that I absolutely love! Thank you Peter Marancik, Pete Ellis and all of Hyannis Honda! More

He was genuinely committed to finding us a good deal on what we wanted, and he made the negotiation process painless. He knew we drove a long distance and worked hard to ensure that we could leave that day in our new car. The business manager was transparent with our paperwork, and while he offered us a bunch of extras there wasn't a hard sell. It was well worth the 3 hour round trip drive! More

But when my 2008 Honda CRV had a major breakdown and friends talked me out of paying a lot of money to repair a 10-year old car, I picked up the phone and called Hyannis Honda. Within an hour, I had a new car, a good deal, arranged for my old car to be towed from Martha's Vineyard to Hyannis Honda body shop. It was about as easy as it gets. My salesman, Peter Marancik, secured me the color I wanted, and I picked it up the following week (He picked me up at the ferry in Woodshole and drove me to the car dealer). My only regret - and it's completely my fault - is I did not leave adequate time to allow Peter to familiarize me with all the bells and whistles. But I have another date to go back. I had been to Hyannis Honda a couple of times for airbag replacement on my old car and was impressed with the customer service. I was very pleased with the whole process. They gave me a good price without a lot of hassle. What more can you ask for? More
