I have purchased Audi cars from other dealers in the past. After dealing with a sales manager at our local dealership, I decided to call Audi of Burlington. I was connected to Alex (one of the sales man past. After dealing with a sales manager at our local dealership, I decided to call Audi of Burlington. I was connected to Alex (one of the sales managers) whom was more than courteous and walked me through the process until he sat me down with Peter (one of the sales team members) together they managed to help me pick out and design the vehicle that I really wanted. I was looking for a particular color combination which wasn’t too easy to find. They asked Lauren (new car sales manager) to get involved and she was able to obtain the vehicle we wanted that was located in New Jersey. Long story short, the three of them went out of their way to get me what I wanted. Sometimes a good service is much more important than a dollar savings. I am picking up my car in a couple of days and am very thankful for their outstanding efforts. More
