When I first went to the dealership, I was told that the price of my monthly payment would be in the mid $400 as we agreed on with the car salesman. The car salesman told me that my finance was approved f price of my monthly payment would be in the mid $400 as we agreed on with the car salesman. The car salesman told me that my finance was approved for that monthly payment that we agreed on and he made me call Geico and cancel my old car insurance right away to my new car that I was purchasing. Then the finance deparment calls me to his office and says my credit wasnt good and that my monthly payment will be in the mid $600/$700 which I was going crazy. I don’t understand why the salesman makes me change cancel my old car insurance for them later to tell me and that my monthly payment won’t be $400 but $600/$700... I ended up getting my car much higher then we first agreed on. I think from the start they they tricked me into getting the car with a higher monthly payment purposely so there car bonus would be higher. I am sooo mad that they did this to me. The sales person isn’t an honest person at all. I don’t recommend this dealership (HillsideHONDA) to anyone. I would never go there again because the salesperson lied to me. Why would you lie and not be honest. Why tell me that my month payment of mid $400 was approved by Honda bank and make me cancel my old car policy to the new car. And at the end to tell me that my monthly payment will be muchhhhh higher. I don’t want anyone from Hillside Honda to ever contact me and I’m telling every family member and friend about my experience. I’m even posting it on social media because I don’t want anyone to get tricked into this kind of scam anymore. After my lease is over with Honda, I’m never getting a Honda car from Hillside Honda again!!!!!!! EVER. More

Disappointed with my experience there! Buying options not given had to ask myself! An entire day from 1-9pm there,poor communication left hours alone had to keep asking what was going on?!
