Came in earlier this week to get my rav4’s electrical wiring looked at. Engineer Peter Miszewski was extremely unprofessional and made me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. He wouldn’t stop talking abo wiring looked at. Engineer Peter Miszewski was extremely unprofessional and made me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. He wouldn’t stop talking about Donald trump and how much he hates immigrants. While trying to asking him question related to the vehicles it seemed the salesman was more engaged with social media and sharing memes attacking trans people. Eventually we decided to leave and will be going to a different Toyota dealership. More

Communication around my recall service was extremely poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpe poor. I was not told that the required part was unavailable or could not be ordered until after my vehicle was already taken apart, leaving me unexpectedly without my car over the holidays. The service advisor I initially worked with was also aggressive and unprofessional. He accused me of swearing at him when I did not, raised his voice on the phone, and later stood uncomfortably close and continued to loom over me even after I asked to work with someone else and requested space. As a woman, this behavior felt intimidating and inappropriate. More
