Peter was good because he took the time to hear my issues. However he was in the middle of an illness and when I returned for a follow up appointment he was out. The gentleman that took care of me did issues. However he was in the middle of an illness and when I returned for a follow up appointment he was out. Checking in was fine but not much was communicated. Peter seemed distracted. I chose to wait and was disappointed in the snack options compared to other dealers I've used for my Honda. Little things th Peter seemed distracted. I chose to wait and was disappointed in the snack options compared to other dealers I've used for my Honda. Little things that elevate the experience were missing. Reason it was not an average 3 was I knew there were recalls and Peter never addressed them, we got no updates on the car. When the car was ready I had to bring up the recalls and Peter seemed surprised that there were any and admitted to never checking. More
