Peter was extremely friendly and welcoming but most importantly his knowledge and expertise was refreshing. We asked Peter a lot of questions that really wasn't his job to answer such as questions on h importantly his knowledge and expertise was refreshing. We asked Peter a lot of questions that really wasn't his job to answer such as questions on how gadgets work in our new car and how to see, get to and use them. Peter without a second of hesitation answered everything we asked him. Peter was awesome he made us so comfortable and honestly he will be one of the main reasons he continue to be loyal customers. Poor communication. My first appointment for the car I bought. I brought it there for an oil change and they told me I don't need an oil change until 10,000 miles. I wai My first appointment for the car I bought. I brought it there for an oil change and they told me I don't need an oil change until 10,000 miles. I waited for 2 hours for a car tire rotation and basic check. Then 1 week later they called me to schedule my first oil change....which apparently I still do not need. More

i wish they would invest in upgrading their online service scheduling software. i scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance and was not able to get a confirmation until the week before. on top of service scheduling software. i scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance and was not able to get a confirmation until the week before. on top of that, it was not even for the original time i requested. i have never experienced this with other dealerships, so i may use them in the future. More
