We did receive emails from Putnam Chrysler they were not over bearing. When we did finally go to test drive a vehicle, everyone was friendly and most accommodating. Pete was most knowledgeable about the vehicle and supplied us with the information we needed to make the right choice for us. we were very comfortable with Putnam Chrysler and their employees, never felt pressured or uneasy about purchasing a new vehicle. We are happy with our experience with them and hopefully will continue to do business with them. More

I test drove a few SUVs at the dealership for comparison and ended up with my first choice of the Kia Sportage. People were friendly, very helpful, patient, and professional. I wanted the extended warranty that Kia provides and appreciated the 2 free years of oil changes and general maintenance.
