We did receive emails from Putnam Chrysler they were not over bearing. When we did finally go to test drive a vehicle, everyone was friendly and most accommodating. Pete was most knowledgeable about the vehicle and supplied us with the information we needed to make the right choice for us. we were very comfortable with Putnam Chrysler and their employees, never felt pressured or uneasy about purchasing a new vehicle. First time Kia buyer It was time to downsize from my 2005 Toyota Sienna Van for a smaller SUV. I wanted to buy local and had researched the Kia Sportage AWD SX. Turbo. I t It was time to downsize from my 2005 Toyota Sienna Van for a smaller SUV. I wanted to buy local and had researched the Kia Sportage AWD SX. Turbo. I test drove a few SUVs at the dealership for comparison and ended up with my first choice of the Kia Sportage. People were friendly, very helpful, patient, and professional. I wanted the extended warranty that Kia provides and appreciated the 2 free years of oil changes and general maintenance. My salesperson, Peter Place, was excellent and very professional Scott Johnson was terrific and found financing for me from a local credit union which offered a great interest rate.. I look forward to this new adventure of owning a Kia Sportage and working with this excellent dealership. More
