Pete made it very personal. He was non threatening and didn't push the deal on me. He really made it personal and knew what I wanted and didn't not try to persuade me into another car, knowing it was not didn't push the deal on me. Overall a great experience. Peter Place is very knowledgable and friendly. He followed up on details and handled the sale in a very professional but casual manner. Delivery of vehicle was timely knowledgable and friendly. He followed up on details and handled the sale in a very professional but casual manner. Delivery of vehicle was timely and very well organized. I did not feel pressured like I have in other dealerships. The only negative comment I would give would be on the negotiation of the trade allowances. Ultimately, I got what I felt was fair but it took a while to get there. So far, I would definitely recommend the dealership to others. More
