My father services his Honda Pilot and bought his pilot at Hyannis Honda and now after my experience with peter and everyone else who helped me I will be staying with Hyannis Honda for all my needs and when my three year lease is up I plan on purchasing a car there with peter again. Excellent and fast I came into the dealership because of an invitation I received in the mail about trading my 2014 Accord I asked for Jeff Bristol because Calvin who I came into the dealership because of an invitation I received in the mail about trading my 2014 Accord I asked for Jeff Bristol because Calvin who works in the service department gave me Jeff's business card. Calvin works a second job at Stop and Shop and my dad and I see him each week at the deli department. He has always asked how are vehicles are running and invited us to look at the latest models. When I told him about the mailing he gave me Jeff's card. Jeff was on a day off the day I went to the dealership but Peter offered to help me. Peter did an excellent job making the deal and being sensitive to my needs. Jeff took over the deal on my return to the dealership and did an excellent job with the delivery. I was also impressed with Conrad's efficiency with the paperwork. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from this dealership. In all cases the salesman have been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I would definitely buy another car from Hyannis Honda. More

No high pressure sales pitches, although I hadn't come prepared with my price point the salesman printed out the 4 price ranges tracked by multiple sales the past year. I feel I could have got a better price than $27000, but I didn't want to spend the rest of my vacation day haggling for another $1500 off the sticker. The day I picked it up for the delivery it was slow process , maybe less staff on that day but , gas tank wasn't full and inspection sticker hadn't been completed either and I had to wait about 50 minutes before I could get everything squared away with business manager. But in general not a bad experience More

He helped me review the inventory and allowed me to Test Drive a pre-owned CRV. Since I had just begun my search, I left and visited other dealers in MA. Peter kept in touch with me by e-mail and respected my privacy (no phone calls) as requested. Discouraged with the lack of professionalism at some of the other dealers, I returned to Hyannis Honda. Although Peter was not in, his fellow salesmen assured me that they would let him know that I returned. I received a follow-up from Peter and we set up an appointment. Peter helped me to find the car I really wanted and after negotiating, I made a commitment and met with Wil Holland who outlined the next steps in the process. Wil was extremely professional and handled that part of the transaction with efficiency and timeliness. Even the Service Dept. helped by completing my inspection and giving me a sticker, despite the fact that it was 10 minutes before closing. I have purchased many cars. This is my first Honda and I am totally satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership. More
