Out with the Old and in with the New I recently visited this dealer to move from my "mom" car to a sedan. I chose them, as I was not thrilled with an Off Cape Honda Dealer whom I purchas I recently visited this dealer to move from my "mom" car to a sedan. I chose them, as I was not thrilled with an Off Cape Honda Dealer whom I purchased my previous vehicle from. Peter Stout was a great salesman, who patiently listened to my needs and concerns and steared me to the perfect vehicle. He even kept his eyes open to find me the color I was hoping to obtain. He was in touch daily until we closed the deal. On the day we signed, he introduced me to the features of the car, and suggested that I head right over and get my Massachusetts Vehicle Inspection, something that was not even on my mind. I went right to the service bay and they took care of me with a smile and fast efficient service. More

Fair to Average We were satisfied with the service we received during the looking and paper work process. It was a fairly easy sale, as we knew what we wanted and th We were satisfied with the service we received during the looking and paper work process. It was a fairly easy sale, as we knew what we wanted and the exact car that we were interested in was on the lot. We also did not need financing, as we paid by check. The problem started the day we picked up our car. The salesperson was 30 minutes late meeting us. The plates were not on the car yet. We waited in the car while he put the plates on. He seemed to be in hurry as he showed us how some of the technology in the car worked. And then all of a sudden, he said that he spent enough time going over it with us, looked at his watch, and said that we had 10 minutes to go to the service department for our sticker. We had not realized that he had not taken care of that already. We had not even looked at the dashboard, we just assumed it was done. When we purchased our last new vehicle, five years ago, the plates were on the car and the inspection sticker was already taken care of. Peter then quickly shook our hands, and left. When we arrived at the service building, the technician told us that it was too late to get a sticker, After we explained everything, he was kind enough to do it so that we did not have to come back.. I regret not writing down his name. He was very accommodating. We went to Hyannis Honda on the recommendation of several of our friends. They have always been happy with the service they received purchasing their cars and having them serviced. We are expecting to enjoy the same experience. Robert & Theresa McDowell More

Long Distance dealing I had a CR V lease maturing and wanted to turn it in and lease a new 2017. Unfortunately, I spend the winter in the west, but I called Hyannis Honda a I had a CR V lease maturing and wanted to turn it in and lease a new 2017. Unfortunately, I spend the winter in the west, but I called Hyannis Honda and spoke with Peter Stout, who worked with me to arrange a trade in and a new lease all via phone. It was simple and easy to deal with Peter and the business team. They Fedexed me the paperwork, I returned it, and a few days later a friend delivered my old car and picked up the new one. Not only was the service good, but the dealership made me a fair deal. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
