Friendly, low pressure experience Walked into the dealership with the intention of possibly buying a newer used vehicle. He explained the pros/cons and took his time with us, answering any questions we had. We made our decision & drove home our new Traverse the same day. We didn’t feel pressured into anything; felt our questions were answered clearly; and were treated in a very respectful and friendly way.
