Awesome experience with Peter at Brandon Honda. I was traveling out of town and needed a tire replacement. Peter made it happen and got me a new tire so I could drive back to Michigan. The staff is friendly and polite. The atmosphere and lounge are nice. But I was there nearly 3 hours for one tire. And I called ahead the day prior with Chris Weiss. And others were w The atmosphere and lounge are nice. But I was there nearly 3 hours for one tire. And I called ahead the day prior with Chris Weiss. And others were waiting hours too. When I looked around at service staff a lot of staff were simply standing around and chatting with each other. My car was just sitting there done, eventually I walked over to ask for keys myself so I could get going. Maybe it was a bad Sunday, but it was a long time . Update , I did get an immediate callback from a service manager to address my concerns very nicely. I think this day was a fluke. More
