“Our Showrooms Are Now Open - Visit us Online or In-Store Today”. This should probably be reviewed if this is not the case. I was promptly shuffled out of your dealership today, with the “do you have Today”. This should probably be reviewed if this is not the case. I was promptly shuffled out of your dealership today, with the “do you have an appointment, you need to make one if you want to be here bit”. (showroom was empty, literally not a soul in sight) Not a good look. Should customers put money in escrow beforehand so you know we mean business? Is there a secret handshake? Is there a certain dress attire? I wasn’t looking to joy ride. I wasn’t taking the attention away from a potential sale. I was simply browsing and was told to pretty much leave. Sad. Peter Wienstroer. This sales person has dared to guaranteed a delivery date of within ten days of September 18, 2019. It is October already and during this period the sales rep has failed to reply guaranteed a delivery date of within ten days of September 18, 2019. It is October already and during this period the sales rep has failed to reply to my emails regarding questions of delivery or payment in a timely manner. I had to call herbs chamber and talk to the sales manager for information on insurance payment and various information I need to purchase a vehicle. Even after his alleged vacation was over I did not hear from him in my emails. I had to send multiple updates to get a brief answer that doesn’t answer any of my questions. More
