I had an appointment to have my steering wheel airbag replaced. I allowed double the amount of time they indicated it would take to get the part. I also received three reminders about the appointment. replaced. I allowed double the amount of time they indicated it would take to get the part. I also received three reminders about the appointment. However, when I got there the Service Rep contacted the Parts Department and was informed they did not have the part available. I believe the part was either never ordered or it was given to some other customer. Neither situation is acceptable, and the Parts Department needs to change how they process orders and/or handle inventory. Fortunately, the Service Manager and Rep were able to procure the necessary part and the work was completed as scheduled. More
