So far not very impressed with this dealership. I've been bounced around for over a week trying to get the OTP by Kelsey and Peyton. 100% do not recommend working with them. They texted me leading me on, and then after waiting 3 days I called to speak to someone who could actually help and I guess this dealership lack anyone competent enough to do so. Its been 7 days now, and they had a floor jockey call me talking about Customer Appreciate Week? Could've fooled me with this xxxx poor communication skills. If they are giving you the run around and your gut is telling you its too good to be true. LISTEN AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP THAT RESPECTS YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. I was able to get the OTP from other Kia dealerships with in 24 hours More

I had thought I had reached agreement on price before driving 4 hours to pick up the car. I had agreed to buy at the price advertised on their website and confirmed with their customer service person. Wh driving 4 hours to pick up the car. I ended up with a decent deal, but much higher than the promised price. I felt angry and manipulated, but I ended up with the car I wanted at a decent price. I would not buy from then again because it is a long drive, and I don't rust them More
