Everyone seems confused and unsure. The finance department rushes you through and adds service plans you never asked for or were advised they were adding; sign here, sign here. Vehicle was damaged, apparently this is a common issue from how the service department responded to scheduling service to get a brand new vehicle with a few miles on it “back to new”. Expectations are set my staff but aren’t followed through on.
