I Went today to purchase a used vechicle at Mercedes Benz of Paramus salesrep Diego was very good . Its unfortunate that they have this used car manager who is aboustly unprofessional i presented my offer to of Paramus salesrep Diego was very good . Its unfortunate that they have this used car manager who is aboustly unprofessional i presented my offer to him 2 times my salesrep back in forth in his office 2 times declined my offer never once came out to speak to me and explain why he felt my offers wasnt good enough how are these people bosses?????? His name is Phillip Battaglino used car manager for Mercedes very poor unprofessional manor to deal with a potential client . Very bad busy this guy probably cost this dealership more money than they know . He Needs a class on how to deal with customer 101 people go elsewhere to buy a Mercedes much better places out there Good luck . More

Purchased a 2021 Sprinter 2500 and the factory has sent out 3 recalls on this vehicle. All related to software upgrade. Since this vehicle was purchased as a work van, I politely asked Mercedes-Benz of Par out 3 recalls on this vehicle. All related to software upgrade. Since this vehicle was purchased as a work van, I politely asked Mercedes-Benz of Paramus service department for a loaner vehicle of any kind so that I can get to work while the recall issue is being resolved. The service department said they will call me back. After 3 weeks of not hearing from anyone I decided to call them and had to reiterate the whole process again. After a long hold, the service manager came on the phone said that they will not provide a loaner because it is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. I asked why and they said they just don't. Without further explanation from them, I was reluctant to have the van fixed. I'm currently driving a van with faulty software issues that is of no cause by me. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF PARAMUS. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER. VERY MEAN AND DISHONEST. ALL IN FOR THE MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
