Your service team is outstanding. The complete consideration of these two women was awesome. I broke down just ofc of I95 and had no idea what would happen. My dog and cat in tow.. the response of consideration of these two women was awesome. I broke down just ofc of I95 and had no idea what would happen. My dog and cat in tow.. the response of the service department was the best experience I have ever had. As a result I purchased a new vehicle fron your dealership however it is still unclear to me what I actually paid for the 2020 pathfinder and it is Phil who seemed to be the orchestrator of this issue. I asked Lashon to call me Saturday but no returned call. Best...service.... ever! They were courteous, prompt and professional. I wasn’t being sold on unnecessary services and pricing was exactly what they quoted on the phone. I know that people would say, “well, professional. I wasn’t being sold on unnecessary services and pricing was exactly what they quoted on the phone. I know that people would say, “well, shouldn’t it be?”. Yes, it should, however, at many dealerships I have been to for service, the invoice is rarely what I’m quoted. The waiting area was inviting and even had snacks. Sales reps came by to chat and we had great conversation. I stated that I will be in the market soon but not ready. I wasn’t pushed or sold to death in any way. This truly puts my guard down as I’m considering my purchase. I can’t wait till I’m ready to purchase my next car, it will absolutely be done at Hart. by the way, I love the basket ball hoop area!! Great touch! More
