Not happy, felt mislead about extra charges, anti-theft, advantage package etc....2,300$ in total. Salesman or finance guy failed to mention they were mandatory, and I only knew when bill was finalized! Aft advantage package etc....2,300$ in total. Salesman or finance guy failed to mention they were mandatory, and I only knew when bill was finalized! After 5 hours at the dealership, I was tired and would have signed anything. To add to the mess, I was only given 1,300$ for my trade in since it was old, and the next day it was on the lot for 10,000$. This place is about profit not customer service! Rip off Stay Away! More

We love the car we purchased but it was not without a lot of pain. First we came in on Monday and were going to purchase a certified used CX-5 and began the paperwork on that. However, the day after we dec of pain. First we came in on Monday and were going to purchase a certified used CX-5 and began the paperwork on that. However, the day after we decided we wanted a new car instead and came to the dealership on Tuesday and told two people to cancel the paperwork on the used vehicle. That never happened to my knowledge since when we came in at our appointed time on Thursday to meet with Ellen to look at new cars they said our used car was ready and drove it around. After telling them we wanted a new car we proceeded to select one but we kept getting told that we were still in the system as purchasing a used vehicle. That was finally resolve and we purchase a new vehicle with all the equipment we want. We spent an inordinate amount of time waiting to see the purchasing/finance person. We made a deposit of $10,000 and got the vehicle, a process that took over 4 hours to complete. Then to our surprise a few days later we notice that Naples Mazda had processed our $10,000 check twice and our account was debited $20,000 instead of $10,000. We were told that this happened because we were still in the system to buy the used car and the deposit was applied to both the used and new car. After several calls to management this finally got resolved but it was an overall terribly time consuming and exhausting process. Our sales person (Ellen) did a great job working with us. More
