We had a wonderful experience! We called to ensure they'd have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. He was ready for us when we got there in about an hour and quickly got us 2 cars to loo have something for us to look at and Phil answered the phone. I am so glad we ended up at D'Arcy working with Phil - I had called a couple other dealers prior and was really rubbed the wrong way with their response. Once we were set on the car, Phil worked to get our price to where we wanted, squared away all of the necessary details for us and in the end, paperwork and purchasing went the smoothest I've ever experience. We worked with Joe to sign our paperwork and we would never have known he was newer to his position if they'd not told us. Wonderful experience all around! More
