4. my sales specialist, PHIL GOMEZ, was knee-deep in paperwork at his desk, STOPPED his work, STOOD UP, STEPPED from behind his desk and QUICKLY drove 2 cars I requested to main doors for my inspection.
5. negotiations were STRAIGHT FORWARD, no games, no pushiness.
6. bought EXACT car i wanted at an INCREDIBLE price!!!
7. final paperwork in FINANCE was WITHOUT GAMES, however - could have been MUCH SMOOTHER & CLEARER re: individual $$$ amounts, computations, totals, and EXPLANATIONS of same.
