My wife and I visited the dealership to take a look at a new Palisade. Immediately upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by Phil and he began assisting us in looking at a specific vehicle we had found new Palisade. Immediately upon entering the showroom, we were greeted by Phil and he began assisting us in looking at a specific vehicle we had found online. Phil promptly pulled the vehicle around and showed us the features and offered us to take a test drive. Following the test drive, Phil asked if we were interested in seeing a pricing breakdown, and if not, if there was anything else he could help us with. At no point in the conversation did we feel pressured or pushed, and it was a breath of fresh air from previous dealership visits we had. We proceeded with requesting a pricing sheet, which Phil broke down for us and asked if we had any questions. Phil was incredibly helpful at every step through the entire process, and we walked away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. I can say in all honesty, we had the best dealership experience with Phil Gomez and the Darcy team. More

I could not believe how quick and easy my car buying experience was! Even as I was signing the papers, I still didn’t believe it! Lol This was my first time buying a car by myself. Your employee, Phil Gomez, made the process so easy. I walked in knowing what I wanted. Phill didn’t pressure or try to sell me something bigger, better or more expensive. Hyundai has one of the best warranties in the industry. I purchased a Santa Fe and I love it. I feel like I got an awesome car and a superb deal!
