I have never leased a car before and everyone there was so helpful. Mark was very enthusiastic about telling me all the options on the vehicle that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The experience was great. I'm sure other dealerships do this too, but I like that they let you take the car for a test drive without them. I've test drove other cars at other places before and the sales guys comes with you and asks a bunch of questions and all you want to do is actually experience the ride and not be distracted. More

The timing could definitely improve if the sales, finance team would focus on helping one person only instead of helping multiple people at the same time. I understand it is a very busy dealership but this couls be improved. CJ was very patient, and willing to understand my concerns with price. He was also very knowledgeable about the toyota vehicles I inquired about. We need a second vehicle and we will be coming back to see him in September or October. More
